Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment (1–2 years preferred).
• A genuine passion for hospitality and connecting with people.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining composure.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Describe menu offerings with engaging knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods and origins.
• Anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Take and input orders using the POS system and coordinate with culinary and bar teams.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, polished manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and enhance it where possible.
• Prepare, present, and settle checks including cash, credit, and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining environment per Four Seasons standards.
• Handle challenges or guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
