Job summary

ExplorUS in Fort Lauderdale is seeking energetic Beach Rental Associates to operate their beachfront rental location. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, assisting guests with rentals, processing payments, and maintaining a clean space. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be computer proficient, and capable of lifting weights frequently. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. This position requires the ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Setting up beach chairs and rental equipment.
• Assisting guests with loading/unloading kayaks.
• Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
• Accurately process payments from guests.
• Keep rental storage space clean and organized.
