Job summary

The Sage Restaurant Group is hiring for a Front Desk & Guest Services role at Dune House Hotel and Spa. You will warmly greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations, and provide accurate information to ensure a memorable stay.

Role requires strong cash handling, English fluency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position at a beachfront property with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have high school graduate level mathematical aptitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests using manual and computerized methods to ensure satisfaction.
• Process check-out and close guest accounts following procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Answer inquiries and accept reservations in person and by phone.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local events for guests.
• Operate the PBX to manage calls and wake-up services.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor at all times.
