Job summary

The Ranch at Laguna Beach is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Server to provide friendly, timely service to hotel guests at pool and dining areas. You will greet guests, take orders, check IDs, and ensure clean setups in line with Ranch LB standards.

Responsibilities include serving beverages, running food, managing guest checks, stocking supplies, and maintaining pool area cleanliness. Duties may be assigned by the Outlet Supervisor to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• One-year experience as food server required; customer service experience preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Excellent customer service, communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests according to Ranch LB standards.
• Take food and beverage orders using suggestive selling techniques.
• Clear area during service and provide clean setups.
• Check IDs for guests under 30 and ensure safe alcohol service.
• Manage guest checks and secure payment.
• Stock and restock items as needed; maintain pool area cleanliness.
• Assist with food running and towel service; perform side duties as assigned by supervisor.
