Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Certification in American Red Cross lifeguard instruction sponsored for the right candidate.
• Experience in resort, hotel, marina, beach club, watersports preferred.
• Lead with safety and guest satisfaction; weekend/holiday availability.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and be a capable swimmer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation of beach services and watersports areas.
• Lead and supervise lifeguards and beach services attendants.
• Ensure safety procedures and emergency action plans are followed.
• Maintain equipment and facilities and manage staffing.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service.
