Job summary

Sea Crest Beach Resort is seeking a Beach and Pool Supervisor to oversee beach and pool areas, guest services, and facility cleanliness in line with sustainability and brand standards.

The role requires supervising staff, ensuring safety, managing guest needs, and enforcing policies on towels, chairs, umbrellas, and pool usage. Prior supervisory experience and a high school diploma are preferred, with work hours including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or recreation settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to meet brand standards.
• Ensure security of beach, pool, and health club access and guest safety.
• Handle disciplinary issues per hotel standards and coach staff accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate set-up and maintenance of beach, pool, spa, and health club areas.
• Resolve guest complaints with appropriate corrective actions.
