Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Pool/Beach Manager to oversee pool areas, ensure safety, and maintain equipment readiness for guests. You will work with the Property Manager to plan and execute recreational activities and events for residents and guests.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lead a team while enforcing facility rules. CPR certification is desirable and weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma is required.
• CPR certification is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public.
• Demonstrates communication, creativity, innovation, customer service, interpersonal skills, planning, problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pool area, give safety announcements, and manage poolside equipment inventory.
• Coordinate and lead recreational activities and special events with the Property Manager.
• Assist residents and guests, refer questions to the Management Office as needed.
• Explain facility rules, promote participation, and enforce safety rules.
• Maintain good public relations and conduct facility patrols to report damages.
