Job summary

USA Volleyball in Torrance, CA, seeks a Coordinator for the Beach NTDP to support program operations, logistics, and athlete development. This full-time role emphasizes inclusion, safety, and professional collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities include regional event planning, inventory control, budget assistance, and cross-functional support with Marketing and Membership services for BNTDP programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of demonstrated experience in event management.
• Proficiency with inventory software and databases.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers and office software.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Self-starter with initiative; interest in measurement/analysis.
• Experience with sports organizations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must pass USAV background screening and SafeSport training.

Responsibilities

• Support Beach NTDP and program operations; logistics and office tasks.
• Coordinate regional event planning, host registration, scheduling, and on-site delivery.
• Assist in budget forecasting, VIK allocation, and program office duties.
• Manage equipment inventory, shipping, receiving, and distribution.
• Support marketing, communications, and social media for BNTDP programs.
• Provide travel coordination and event logistics for the Accelerator Program.
