Ebsco Subscription Services España SL is seeking an experienced Pool Deck Attendant at The Beach Club in Alys Beach, Florida. This role involves ensuring a clean and welcoming environment at the pool, delivering exceptional service, and managing daily maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mentality, able to work outside in varying weather conditions, and possess effective communication skills. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working on a pool deck preferred.
• Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor during stress.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Neat and tidy appearance.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to reach, bend, squat, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close umbrellas.
• Clean and set lounge chairs with towels.
• Pick up pool towels.
• Check and empty trash cans.
• Pick up all trash and debris on pool deck.
• Perform daily housekeeping to cabanas.
• Clean dining rooms, red room, and restrooms.
• Clean and wash all chair covers.
• Service, clean, and stock restrooms.
• Stock towel stations.
• Evaluate pool deck condition and report deficiencies.
• Work outside in all types of weather.
• Deliver bottled water and menu to guests.
