Additionally, a solid dedication to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction is crucial.* Compensation: $23 per hour bi-weekly compensation with a performance-based commission structure* Schedule: Full Time 8:00 AM-5:00PM, Monday - Friday, with Saturday hours periodically based on business conditions**Job Responsibilities for BDC Customer Service Team Lead:**As a BDC Team Leader, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and leading a team of BDC coordinators who are dedicated to increasing service and parts traffic through phone calls, email, chat, and text.
