Job summary

Bettenhausen Automotive is seeking a Sales BDC Representative to support our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram operations across Tinley Park, Lockport, and the surrounding area. You’ll handle lead generation, appointment setting, and follow-up while maintaining data accuracy and customer relationships.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a goal-driven attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior BDC or automotive experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

We're growing! Bettenhausen CDJR is expanding our Sales BDC team to administer and generate leads for 3 locations! Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
• Monthly bonuses.
• Full-time, 5 days per week.
• Some evenings and Saturdays required.
