Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a BDC Representative to handle internet inquiries and phone leads to generate appointments for the Lexus Brookfield dealership in Wisconsin. You will work in a fast-paced environment within a large automotive group focused on customer engagement and growth.

Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, following up on inquiries, and coordinating appointments while providing information on products and options.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills required.
• Knowledge of call center operations is preferred.
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails to customers.
• Perform follow-up calls, schedule service and sales appointments, and gauge satisfaction.
• Respond to internet inquiries via email/phone and drive engagement.
• Schedule and reschedule sales appointments as needed and follow up with no-show customers.
• Reach out to customers based on current marketing incentives to generate leads and sales.
• Follow up with existing/potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Explain product features, applications and optional equipment to customers.
• Follow up to encourage dealership visits and maintain an ongoing follow-up system for repeat business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction
• Answer customer internet inquires by both email andphone
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
• Follow up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership
• Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills required.
• Knowledgeable to call center environment.
• Automotive experience helpful but not required.
• Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
