Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group at Napleton's Lexus of Brookfield is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to handle internet inquiries and phone leads to generate appointments for the dealership's sales and service teams. You will collaborate with marketing to follow up on incentives, schedule sales appointments, and maintain lead follow-up to drive customer satisfaction and dealership growth.

Strong computer skills and a professional phone manner are required; automotive knowledge is helpful but

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledgeable to call center environment.
• Automotive experience helpful but not required.
• Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer internet inquiries by both email and phone.
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describe available options.
• Follow up to encourage dealership visits.
• Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.

Located at Napleton's Lexus of Brookfield, theBDC Representative is responsible for handling internet inquiries and phone leads to generate appointments for the dealership sales departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction

• Follow up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership
• Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
