Automotive Avenues in Wall Township, NJ is hiring a BDC/Internet Auto Sales Coordinator to manage internet leads, respond via phone, email and text, and set up appointments. You will log customer interactions in the CRM and maintain timely follow-ups to move prospects toward showroom visits.

Job Title: BDC/Internet Auto Sales Coordinator

Pay: This job pays $75,000 to $95,000/year.

Schedule: You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. These are steady hours each week with your team.

THE ROLE:

Each day, you will check new internet leads and messages from customers. You will answer questions by phone, email, and text, and help set up appointments. You will use our computer system to keep track of each customer and make sure to follow up with them. You will work closely with the sales team to make sure customers are helped in the showroom. Your job is to help people learn about our cars and have a good experience buying from us.
