Job summary

Lithia & Driveway's Ford of Latham is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to support the parts, service and sales teams. You will gather accurate customer information, build knowledge of product pricing and promotions, and schedule solid appointments with various leads.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to type efficiently.
• Basic computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current pricing, and dealership promotions.
• Utilize Internet department skills to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, referrals and service/parts customers.
