VIP Automotive Group – Long Island, NY is seeking a Client Relations / BDC Representative to join our centralized Business Development Center (BDC) supporting multiple dealership locations. No automotive dealership experience is required — paid training provided.

You will connect with automotive customers and prospects, schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and help drive customers into our dealerships using phone calls, emails, text messages, and online leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, call centers, appointment setting, or client relations.

Responsibilities
