VIP Automotive Group – Long Island, NY is seeking a Client Relations / BDC Representative to join our centralized Business Development Center. This full-time role offers a 5-day work week with a compensation range of $45,000–$80,000+ including commissions and bonuses.

No automotive dealership experience is required — paid training is provided, and you will connect with customers via phone, email, text, and online leads to schedule appointments and drive business across multiple dealership

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, call centers, appointment setting, or client relations.
• No automotive dealership experience required — paid training provided!
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Schedule sales and service appointments and follow up with leads.
• Build relationships with customers to drive showroom and service department traffic.
• Maintain accurate customer information in dealership CRM systems.
