Apex Technology, Inc. seeks a Graphic Designer – Business Development to boost growth across US Government, Commercial, and International Government markets. You will craft high-quality graphics for proposals and slide decks, ensuring brand alignment and collaboration with Brand Design and BD teams.

In this fast-paced role you own projects, communicate clearly, and translate complex technical concepts into engaging visuals, meeting tight deadlines with consistency and creativity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design supporting a technical product.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, proactive, and highly organized.
• Clear communicator, written and spoken.
• Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Coachable and team-oriented; able to receive and give feedback.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple deadlines.
• Figma experience (Nice to have).
• Direct experience in spacecraft or spacecraft-adjacent markets (Nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Create and edit graphics to support responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other opportunities.
• Support the sales team in developing slide decks for current and prospective customers.
• Oversee the proposal graphics library; update content as needed and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Brand Design to ensure graphics meet brand guidelines and elevate the brand.
• Collaborate across Brand/Marketing, BD, and UX to ensure design excellence.
• Translate technical concepts into digestible graphics and illustrations.
• Develop a productive cadence balancing quality and collaboration.
• Produce high-caliber work on time, every time.
