Job summary

Buchart Horn is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the BD team in York, PA. You’ll manage the BD database (Unanet CRM), help develop proposals and marketing materials, and coordinate conferences and events.

The role requires strong organization, independent work habits, and the ability to learn BD systems quickly. Collaboration across firm teams and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in an office environment; relevant internship experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Business Development database, currently Unanet CRM.
• Support the development of proposal and marketing materials using information in the database.
• Respond to questions regarding database features and functionality.
• Maintain accuracy of the BD database with regular updates and quality checks.
• Develop and follow procedures to identify and correct database errors.
• Communicate new database protocols to employees and assist with implementation.
• Work with IT to support database upgrades and evaluate impact on users.
• Assist with developing procedures related to database use and training employees.
