Job summary

Streck is seeking a BCT Machine Operator 1 to produce blood collection tubes for laboratories worldwide. You will operate labeling equipment, inspect materials, and perform quality checks in a regulated manufacturing setting, following documented instructions with precision.

This hands-on role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to procedures, with training provided and a climate-controlled environment supporting safe, accurate work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related experience.
• Strong dependability, organized, and able to communicate clearly.
• Team player who can work cooperatively in a regulated setting.
• Comfort with basic computer applications for inventory and training.

Responsibilities

• Operate BCT labeling equipment and adjust during production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Inspect and verify component materials before use.
• Package finished product according to work instructions.
• Pull, identify, store, and deliver samples and documentation.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
• Follow Quality Systems, documentation practices, and FDA/ISO regulations.
• Report issues to management and assist with corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
