Job summary

Streck, LLC seeks a Fill Operator 1 to support filling and labeling of hematology, histology, immunology, and chemistry control products in a clean room environment. You will run filling and torque equipment, document work, and ensure products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting components, setup of machines, documenting volumes, completing labeling, and maintaining line clearance. Emphasis on aseptic procedures, safety, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependability and strong organization.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work cooperatively on a team.
• Sharp eye for detail, identifying defects.
• Ability to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Experience with filling, torque, or labeling equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vials, caps, and labels for defects and rack vials.
• Set up, operate, and adjust filling and torque machines.
• Verify and document fill volumes and cap torque.
• Complete labeling operations and verify vial counts.
• Sign off on line clearance at start and end of operation.
• Maintain accurate filling and labeling documentation.
• Pull, identify, store, and deliver samples and documentation.
• Follow aseptic procedures and FDA/ISO regulations.
