Job summary

Illinois Central College is seeking a Database Reporting Analyst at the East Peoria Campus. The role focuses on developing queries and reports to support self-service and ad-hoc reporting for Institutional Research, aligning with data standards and reporting deadlines.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and experience with SQL, MS Office, and data analysis practices. The analyst will collaborate with BI staff and serve as a liaison between Technology Services and Institutional Research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field as listed in the minimum qualifications.
• Experience with SQL query creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient with standard data analysis practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop queries and reports to progress long-term solutions for customer self-service and ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Interact directly with requestors to gather requirements and translate them into usable reports.
• Ensure compliance with state and internal reporting standards and deadlines.
• Design and maintain on-demand reports using BI tools and the data warehouse.
• Support enrollment, course offerings, completions, credit hours, and program data reporting.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence analysts and IT to validate data and test measures.
