Job summary

Slide is seeking a digital-native Technical Content Producer to articulate why our MSP-focused platform is better. You will gain deep domain expertise in BCDR and cybersecurity, then translate complex product details into clear content across case studies, one-sheets, video, and social assets.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Events & Community, and agencies to create high-velocity assets that drive demand and support revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of content production experience in B2B, SaaS, MSP environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate complex technical domains into clear, engaging content.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate topics into direct copy.

Responsibilities

• Draft and produce case studies, one-sheets, product explainers, and competitive materials.
• Adapt assets into multi-channel formats (email, social, web, decks).
• Produce short-form video and multimedia assets; coordinate with external partners.
• Build deep domain expertise in BCDR, cybersecurity, and the MSP landscape.
