Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our Frederick County team. You will assess kids, write treatment plans, supervise RBTs in the home, and coach parents so progress sticks. We keep caseloads small so you can deliver great clinical work and still have a life outside work.

You pick your hours—part time or full time—and our scheduler and billing team handle the paperwork. Requirements include a BCBA in good standing and Maryland license (or willingness to obtain one with our help).
