Job summary

Ahead ABA in Frederick, MD is seeking a BCBA to oversee in-home services with a small caseload, enabling thorough clinical work and a healthy life balance.

You will assess children, write treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach parents while a scheduler and billing team handle paperwork. Maryland license required or in process; own a car to travel to families.

Qualifications

• Maryland license or eligible (we help with paperwork)
