Job summary

Ahead ABA in Rockville, MD seeks a BCBA to deliver clinical services with a small caseload and the support you need to do great work while maintaining balance.

You will assess kids, write treatment plans, supervise RBTs in home settings, and coach parents to sustain progress. We offer hourly pay of $100–$110, and you can work part-time or full-time with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing.
• Maryland license, or ready to get one (paperwork help provided).
• Car required to visit families in Rockville and Montgomery County.
