Ahead ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our Maryland team. You will assess children, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in home settings around Bowie and Prince George's County. We emphasize small caseloads so you can deliver high‑quality care while maintaining work‑life balance.

Our scheduler and billing team handle paperwork, letting you focus on kids and families. You’ll coach parents to help sustain progress, with a clinical director available for guidance, and you can choose part‑time

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing
• Maryland license or willing to get one
• Car required to visit families in Bowie and Prince George’s County
