Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows largely remote work with one required in-person visit per month, enabling flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical collaboration.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with caregivers to drive meaningful progress while ensuring ethical and clinical standards are met.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska licensure as a behavior analyst or willing to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
