Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across Nebraska. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month while clinicians can work mostly remotely.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to advance meaningful clinical progress. Licensure in Nebraska or willingness to obtain is required, with flexibility and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska licensure or willing to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
