Qualifications

• Must maintain state licensure/certification as required.
• Advanced degree in psychology/social work or related field.
• Montana Driver's License with clean record; background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide ABA learning resources for clients.
• Plan and oversee ABA programs for clients with ASD and disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments for clients.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and programs.
• Work with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors and train staff.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of disability-related challenges.
• Manage tasks independently and prioritize goals.
• Plan and organize projects and train staff.
• Establish relationships with employees, agencies, and the public.
