Qualifications

• Advanced degree in psychology, social work, or related field with direct work experience.
• BCBA certification and state licensure as required.
• Valid Montana driver's license and clean driving record; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide professional learning in ABA and related methodologies.
• Plan and oversee development and implementation of ABA programs for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments and train staff in behavior analytic methods.
• Manage a caseload and travel within the assigned geographic area to deliver services.
• Maintain documentation in AWARE’s EHR system including notes and billing entries.
