Candidates must hold BCBA certification, have five years of direct experience, and be willing to travel within the caseload area. Montana driver’s license and background check are required; strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must maintain BCBA certification according to state/federal boards.
• Five years of direct work experience required.
• Must possess Montana Driver's License and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide resources for ABA and related methodologies.
• Plan and oversee ABA-based program development for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA programs.
• Train staff and provide professional development and learning for team.
