BEST BUDS ABA THERAPY is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and families in Colorado.

As a BCBA, you will supervise and train behavior technicians, conduct functional assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans while prioritizing HIPAA compliance and data-driven decisions. Join a team focused on balance, ongoing professional development, and meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Strong patient care skills and ability to conduct patient assessments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.
• Experience supervising and conducting diagnostic evaluations.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records.
• Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
