Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is a Colorado-based ABA service provider seeking a BCBA/BCBA‑candidate to lead assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services while maintaining client-focused care and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling within a center-based practice, ongoing collaboration, and professional development support for staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, PEAK).
• Provide behavior analytic interpretations and design comprehensive ABA treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practice and research.
• Supervise and monitor treatment progress through data-based progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with client's interdisciplinary team.
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA candidates with regular feedback.
• Conduct monthly treatment integrity checks for behavior technicians.
• Provide training to parents/guardians and other responsible parties.
• Maintain confidentiality including HIPAA compliance and BACB codes.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs and provide direct coverage as needed.
• Assist with any clinical needs as they arise
