Epic Minds Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and conduct assessments to guide progress.

You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success, maintain compliance with ethical standards, and contribute to ongoing professional development within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in AB A or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities
