Job summary

Wholesome Care ABA in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA to join our in-home and hybrid therapy team. You’ll conduct behavioral assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and provide parent training, all while upholding BACB Ethics and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience providing ABA therapy for children with autism preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Ensure services meet BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
