Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor to support students actively pursuing BCBA hours. This full-time, hourly role pays $28.50/hour with a $2,000 signing bonus and an additional $5,000 after passing the BCBA exam.

You will supervise 3-5 client cases while also delivering direct therapy and working toward BCBA certification. Position includes dedicated supervision, study time, and materials, with potential placement at a local center following certification.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using the data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Attend ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans and assess using PFA and SBT.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
• Write assessment reports and re-assessments.
