Hopebridge looks for a BCBA to join its pediatric autism therapy team in Lexington, KY, offering low, ethical caseloads and robust clinical support. You will conduct assessments, design individualized plans, mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states are required.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
