Job summary
The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Developmental Disabilities Crisis Prevention and Court Services Team in the East Hub, located in Pocatello or Idaho Falls. The role provides ABA-based assessment, therapy planning, and community outreach to support clients, families, and staff.
Travel is required within eastern Idaho and annual trips to Boise, with some overnight stays.
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience delivering ABA services in home and community settings preferred.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and court processes a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and multifaceted rehabilitative services to clients, families, and staff.
- Design and direct clinical therapies and rehabilitation programs.
- Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams and community providers.
