Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Nampa, Idaho clinic. You will develop, implement and monitor ABA programs in a pediatric outpatient setting, working directly with clients in 1:1 sessions and collaborating with families and school teams.

The role requires a BCBA certification, a Master's in ABA, and prior leadership experience. You will participate in IEP meetings and trainings, ensuring safe, quality therapy delivery and supervising RBT

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Insurance ABA Requirements and Billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in 1:1 sessions with clients.
• Design, implement and monitor all facets of intervention under guidance.
• Attend parent team, IEP and other meetings as requested.
• Ensure safety of clients, self, and others at all times.
• Provide supervision and training of RBTs; oversee program delivery.
