Cortica is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role serving Danvers, MA and surrounding areas. You’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming and lead a team of behavior technicians to deliver high‑quality ABA services for children with developmental differences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver high-quality services for children with developmental differences.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans and ensure positive outcomes.
