Job summary

Tree of Knowledge Learning Academy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs and Trainees in a private-practice setting. You will develop treatment plans using your professional judgment and collaborate with the owner and other therapists to build a transdisciplinary team.

You will assess, design, implement, and maintain Individual Behavior Treatment Plans, complete paperwork for ODE and insurers, and guide staff using BACB guidelines and ethics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology.
• COBA Certification.
• BACB BCBA Certification.
• Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
• Clear background check.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and Trainees.
• Develop and maintain Individual Behavior Treatment Plans using professional judgment.
• Complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies.
• Assess and implement verbal behavior assessments and related language/play curricula.
• Provide assistance to children with special needs and families within BACB guidelines.
