Job summary

Tree of Knowledge Learning Academy is seeking a strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs and Trainees and to develop and maintain Individual Behavior Treatment Plans within a private practice setting. You will assess clients, complete ODE and insurance paperwork, and use your professional judgment to tailor language, play, and skill-based curricula.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology, along with BACB-BCBA credentials and COBA

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology.
• COBA Certification and BACB-BCBA credentials.
• Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
• Able to complete ODE and insurance paperwork.
• Familiar with verbal behavior assessments and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and Trainees in a private practice setting.
• Assess, develop, and maintain Individual Behavior Treatment Plans.
• Complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies.
• Develop treatment plans using professional judgment; no rigid curriculum.
• Support families to reach individual and family goals.
