Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Ability to supervise BCBA/RBT staff and oversee programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional).
• Be willing to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
