Job summary

Behavior One Autism Solutions is seeking a BCBA Staff Development Manager & Interim Clinical Director in California to combine clinical practice with leadership. You will maintain a BCBA caseload while leading mentorship, staff development, and clinical operations during leadership coverage.

You will oversee training, supervise staff, and shape clinical processes to ensure high-quality services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) recommended.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check.
• Consistent and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manages and ensures execution of training and mentorship for clinical staff.
• Evaluates quality assurance and recommends changes.
• Maintains training materials and resources per policy.
• Conducts training for incoming BCBAs and supervisors.
• Performs quality assurance assessments for clinical cases.
• Identifies staff development needs and designs training programs.
• Maintains knowledge of company policies and training compliance.
• Designs ABA treatment programs and monitors progress.
