Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification.
• Minimum of two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Carry a manageable caseload of 8-10 clients in a clinic setting.
• Supervision is provided in-person at the clinic.
• Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serve rural Colorado communities.
• Create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
