Job summary

The St. Louis Arc is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities using person-centered, evidence-based practices.

This full-time, exempt position offers a $75,000 annual salary with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a strong set of benefits to support ongoing BCBA certification

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Current Missouri licensed behavior analyst.
• Two years experience with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising and implementing behavior plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement behavior support plans to improve adaptive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Participate in person-centered planning and treatment team meetings to develop and review individual plans.
• Observe behavior and conduct initial assessments, tracking progress toward goals and updating plans.
• Develop and deliver staff training on behavior support plans and evidence-based strategies.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs in line with requirements.
• Determine data needs and create reporting mechanisms for staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Conduct in-service trainings and workshops for staff and caregivers.
• Provide documentation and reports per guidelines.
