Job summary

Behavioral Concepts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism in Quincy, MA. The role focuses on assent-based, person-centered treatment with strong family partnership and reasonable billable expectations.

You will lead a clinical team, mentor technicians, write reports, and participate in regular trainings and program reviews to ensure top-tier outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification and licensure as required by local statutes.
• Minimum of two years experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Commitment to partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centeredness, excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure client safety as a top priority in all cases.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures and program directives.
