Job summary

LABBB Educational Collaborative in Burlington, Massachusetts seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and IEP support across multiple LABBB classrooms. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to design and monitor behavior programs that promote student growth.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required from an approved BCBA program.
  • Massachusetts BCBA licensure/certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative behavior support services for children and adolescents in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Use observations and assessments to conduct behavioral evaluations in the school setting.
  • Write and implement goals, objectives, accommodations, and IEP-related service plans.
  • Attend IEP meetings to communicate results and service delivery needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support skill development and generalization across settings.
  • Travel between schools for services, consultations, and team meetings.

Education

Master's degree from an approved BCBA program
Valid License/Certification to practice as a BCBA in Massachusetts
