Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted DE license/certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent BCBA experience.
• Copy of PSV from licensing board if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications (e.g., BLS, N95, TB test).

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support to improve learning, behavior, and social skills.
• Conduct FBAs to identify behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized BIPs.
• Apply ABA strategies to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and staff to support progress.
• Train and guide school staff on behavior management.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning.
• Follow school policies and professional guidelines.
